Which Macs can I use one license on?
The Macs you personally own, up to two at a time. Paste the same key on each. Moving to a new Mac? Paste it there; nothing to deactivate.
What if it does not work with my iPad or Mac?
Email support@sidemini.com within 14 days of purchase with the Doctor report from Settings → Advanced and we refund you. Most problems are a locked iPad, a different Apple Account on the two devices, or Bluetooth being off.
Will I be charged again for updates?
No. All 1.x releases are free. If there is ever a 2.0 with major new work, it may be a paid upgrade with a discount for existing customers; 1.x keeps working either way.
Do you store my card or personal data?
No. Payment is processed entirely by our payment partner. We receive your email address and order number so we can issue your key and help with support. See the privacy policy.
Can I buy for a team?
Yes. Email support@sidemini.com with the number of Macs and we will send a quote and an invoice.
